What a fantastic example of community groups coming together to leverage combined knowledge and resources!
Earlier this year the Chairs of each of the primary school PTA/Fundraising groups met to see if by talking to each other and combining resources they could help each other succeed. From there, the idea of the Glitter Ball was born!
The team have become Linlithgow Five Primaries, and as well as the Glitter Ball they are creating a shared resource library and shared calendar of events.
If you would like to support the Five Primaries by attending the Glitter Ball, you can buy tickets by clicking here.
The Five Primaries team would like to thank Loop Connections for hosting their online ticketing. Another fine example of local collaboration!
If you work with a local community group and would like to find ways of collaborating and sharing knowledge as the Five Primaries group have, check out the bi-monthly Community Cake events.
